Make a Donation

All of our weekly classes at Triratna Vancouver are offered for free.  While our team of volunteers is happy to lead classes, there are certain costs associated with running our programs.

The word dana means generosity, and is a central Buddhist principle and practice.  If you find our programs helpful, and have the means to do so, we would be forever grateful for any dana you wish to give.  We are a registered charity, and would be happy to provide a tax receipt for your support.

Special Events & Retreats

Throughout the year, we offer special events such as talks and retreats.  Please check our calendar here to see when our next special event or retreat is occurring.

Triratna Pacific Northwest Regional Retreat

Embodied Mindfulness

April 13-16, 2023

On this retreat we will delve into the dharma teaching:

  • Body like Mountain

  • Breath Energy like the Ocean’s Waves

  • Heart Mind like the Sky

These verses are a simple pointing to the awakening and freedom ready to be discovered, here, in our present embodied experience. In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition these are known as the “Three Naturals” and are an invitation to come home to the stability and support of the body, befriend the cycles of physical and emotional energy natural to being human, and recognize and relax into to the boundlessness of awakened heart and mind.

Sliding Scale:

Two nights US$ 200/190/170

Three nights US$ 300/285/255
